The VIA audio handset comes with an integrated reed contact that can be wired into our media players to start and stop playback. It does this when it is lifted or replaced on the magnetic holder.

An exact match to the RAL color palette cannot be guaranteed. The colors of the VIA handset approximately correspond to the following RAL shades:

- Basalt Gray: approx. between RAL 7011 and RAL 7012
- Telegray: RAL Classic 7045
- Alabaster: RAL Design D2 007500
- Traffic Red: RAL 3020

Wiring your VIA to our Media Player
- White/Brown – Audio signal
- Yellow/Green – Reed contact
For mono handsets like the VIA and USO, one side of the audio needs to be wired to ground (GND). Note: If you do not wish to use the auto-start function of your handset, then the yellow and green wires should not be wired into the media player.
