The MP 02 4K is designed for maintenance-free continuous operation and for integration into interactive video installations. Its areas of application are highly versatile, including exhibitions, media art, trade shows, and retail environments. To realize multi-screen projections or complex video walls, it is possible to synchronize up to 255 media players in up to ten groups with frame accuracy during operation. Content can be easily added or replaced by simply transferring it to the storage medium. This requires only a network connection—thanks to the user-friendly drag-and-drop function via web browser, no additional software editing is necessary.
Previously configured settings are retained. Time-controlled calendar playlists can be created using the built-in calendar function. A key feature of the MP 02 4K is its versatile connectivity:
For control via touchscreen, buttons, RFID, or motion sensors, both USB interfaces and 9 GPIO inputs (Phoenix connectors) are available. An additional 5-pin handset connection allows the automatic start and stop of playback using a single-handed handset with reed contact. The integrated amplifier supports the connection of up to two single-handed handsets or headphones. External amplifiers or active speakers can also be connected via the line-out output.
