The USB I/O Board can expand the capabilities of the Mediaplayer 4K Light as well as the MP 02 Mediaplayer 4K.
It can be easily connected to the Mediaplayer 4K Light via USB (Type A to Type B) and automatically supports 10 inputs and 10 outputs. Suitable for connecting push buttons, LED ring buttons, relays, or other normally open contacts. Since the Mediaplayer 4K Light does not have built-in I/O ports, this board serves as an additional expansion for this player.

The inputs are labeled “IN1” to “IN10”. The contact is triggered by an external short circuit between the IN pin and the corresponding GND pin outside the board.  Once connected, they must be configured in the playlist script just like any other input. By default, ITEM 1–9 is triggered when contacts 1–9 are activated: Contact 1: ITEM 1 Contact 2: ITEM 2

The board also includes a power slot output for LEDs or relays. Recommended power is up to 2–3 W per channel, each as a short pulse. If more inputs and outputs are needed, multiple boards can be connected together to form a chain.

The device may occasionally become warm during operation. The higher the load, the more heat is generated.
